Feel better and be more active for more of your life with the help of an infrared sauna!
Infrared light is found in nature and provides many health benefits. Our modern lifestyle keeps us from getting all that we need to be our best. It helps to slow aging, fight disease, and optimize well-being. Our infrared sauna offers gentler, more effective heat for longer sessions and maximized infrared sauna benefits. Experience the safest, most efficient infrared therapy for healthier, more vibrant days of doing what you love to do.
Detoxification
Our sauna’s infrared waves penetrate your skin and create a deeper internal heat to release toxins. Typical saunas only heat your outer skin. They must be much hotter than an infrared sauna, and don’t provide the same health benefits.
Infrared saunas create an enjoyable experience with a more healing, pleasant sweat, rather than an uncomfortable, stifling hot and less-productive sweat.
Heart Health
Heart diseases have become more common in recent years. Infrared sauna sessions raise your heart rate and increase circulation. This replicates a cardiovascular workout. Your heart is a muscle; working it makes it stronger. A stronger cardiovascular system helps capillaries deliver more oxygen to muscle cells. For those who are unable to do cardio activities, our sauna can help serve as an alternative.
In Japan, infrared is standard treatment for heart disease.
A Japanese study published in the October 2008 issue of The Journal of Cardiology examined the clinical effectiveness and safety of infrared blood pressure therapy, as compared to standard therapies for patients with chronic heart failure. The report concluded that far infrared sauna therapy is both safe and effective at improving clinical symptoms and cardiac function as well as decreasing cardiac size in chronic heart failure patients. Repeated infrared sauna use improved impaired blood vessel functions in patients with high blood pressure, diabetes, and high cholesterol.
“If you analyze the peer reviewed data, full spectrum infrared sauna therapy would be a multibillion-dollar drug if it came in a pill. The ability to heal endothelium and improve symptoms and prognosis for congestive heart failure and coronary artery disease is remarkable. Sunlighten saunas are the only infrared saunas clinically shown to temporarily lower blood pressure and reduce belly fat, both contributing factors to a healthy heart.”

Muscle recovery & performance
Heat is great for recovery and temporary pain relief. Infrared light heats the body from within and increases circulation and blood flow. Good circulation is critical for proper healing. Red blood cells carry oxygen and nutrients to the site of the strain or inflammation. The more red and white blood cells that can get delivered to muscles, the quicker they rebuild.
Anti-aging
Specific infrared light frequencies stimulate the production of collagen and elastin. When combined with visible red light, it is even more effective. Over time, those increases may create thicker, younger looking skin, decrease lines, fade scars, and promote skin renewal, cell health and tissue growth.
Relaxation & mental health
Studies show stress impacts the brain, blood pressure, weight and immune system. It creates memory problems, anxiety and learning difficulties. Neuroscientists say chronic stress can cause physical changes in grey and white matter, impact quantity of neurons and the size and connectivity of the amygdala.
Cortisol is the culprit. Stress increases that “fight or flight” hormone that raises heart rate, blood pressure and deposits excess calories in our midsection. High Cortisol levels, the body’s main stress hormone, is the issue.
“Infrared sauna therapy promotes relaxation by helping to balance your body’s level of cortisol, your body’s primary stress hormone. The heat generated by the sauna will also help to relax muscles and relieve tension throughout the body, allowing you to relax and de-stress.”

Immunity & wellness
Your body naturally defends itself. During a fever, body temperature rises and strengthens the immune system. It’s a signal to white blood cells and the body’s antiviral defense system to fight for you.
Sauna is the most effective way to induce hormesis, where exposure to a low-level stress or challenge improves the system's health or tolerance to future, more severe stresses. The benefits of hormesis affect overall wellness, heart health, and immune system boost.
Weight loss
Sauna’s cardiovascular benefits are like a cardio workout.
A 2019 study compared participants’ cardiovascular effects in a sauna and on an exercise bike. The increase in heart rate was similar to a short, moderate workout. Researchers stated, "A sauna session is a physical strain. Its long-term positive effects are comparable to sports activities." The focus was on the benefits to the heart and cardiovascular system, rather than weight loss or muscle development. We call it a “passive cardio workout.”
Release toxins and reduce inflammation.
Studies have shown that sauna therapy can release environmental toxins stored in fat tissues that can prevent weight loss. Infrared sauna therapy heats the body at the cellular level, helping to detoxify the body and reduce inflammation.
Relieve stress and lower cortisol.
Studies have shown the direct connection between stress, cortisol and weight gain. Chronic stress leads to cortisol production in large amounts, which leads to obesity and weight gain. Stress relief lowers cortisol, which can help create a healthy metabolism, thus contributing to weight loss.
Increase cellular metabolism.
People often report feeling energized after infrared sauna sessions. Cells need energy to perform their best, just like our bodies need energy to function. Near infrared stimulates cellular energy when the body’s energy-producing cells absorb the light energy (photons) and produce more adenosine triphosphate (ATP), which fuels all cells. This can increase cell health and performance throughout the body and all of its systems.
